Fruits recommended for diabetics are those fruits that have a good source of nutritional fiber and their sugar content is not high. Just take these criteria and apply it to various fruit,.The fruit which comes into the mind is avocado. But be careful as this fruit is rich in calories. If we take an avocado, you have to adjust your remaining calories for the day accordingly. The rose apple or jambul is also another fruit beneficial for diabetic patients. The compositions of jambul have a great helpful effect on the pancreas. Starch is not converted to bad sugar because jambul prevents the conversion. This promotes lower blood sugar levels. Seeds of this fruit are dried, pulverized and dissolved in water for a healthful drink. This fruit also prevents a patient from experiencing excessive thirst and urination.

    Yes its correct,friuts really helps a lot.So many artifacial juices for the exchange of fruits.But still fresh fruits has a magic.It helps a lot for those who has diabetes,one of my tito has diabetes and he also has a fruit in their table.
